Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping origin and delivery times

Products may ship from fulfillment centers located in the United States, China, or other locations depending on inventory availability and order routing. Delivery times vary by shipping origin:

  • Orders shipped from US-based fulfillment centers typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days.
  • Orders shipped from international fulfillment centers typically arrive within 10 to 20 business days.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather, or other events outside our control are not our responsibility.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. [Confirm actual rate structure, free over $X threshold, flat rate, etc. before publishing, don't leave this vague if you have a real policy already decided.]

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or your package is marked delivered but not received, contact us at carewell@bf-ecommerce.com and we'll help track it down.

International orders

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
