REFUND POLICY — CAREWELL

Return eligibility depends on which bundle tier you purchased.

Complete bundle: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return under our money-back guarantee.

Solo bundle: Purchases are final sale. The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to Solo bundle orders, and Solo orders are not eligible for return or refund except where required by law or in the case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item as described below.

To be eligible for a return under the Complete bundle guarantee, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at carewell@bf-ecommerce.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with specific return instructions, including where to send your item, by email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This applies regardless of bundle tier.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and beauty products such as cosmetics or skincare. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Wearable devices purchased under the Complete bundle, including the NightEase Shoulder Wrap, are eligible for return under the guarantee above provided they meet the condition requirements. Devices must be returned with all original accessories and packaging. Because these products contain a lithium-ion battery, please do not attempt to ship a damaged or swollen battery back to us. Contact us first at carewell@bf-ecommerce.com so we can advise on safe handling and next steps.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or Solo bundle orders.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This option is available only for eligible Complete bundle returns.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
